Indigo Goes to Disneyland Paris

Hey guys πŸ™‚

So I know I promised this MONTHS AND MONTHS ago, but I finally got around to putting together a little video with some footage from my Holiday last Christmas to Disneyland Paris. I’d never been at Christmas time before so it was really awesome to see the park dressed up in its holiday finery! I also visited the centre of Paris and did lots of touristy things and spent way too much money! If anyone is interested in what I bought, comment below and I will make a haul video especially for you πŸ™‚

But anyway, here’s the video! I hope you enjoy πŸ™‚

If you’re planning a trip to Disneyland Paris at Christmas time, I would certainly reccomend it. Just make sure you’re aware that during the winter the park does close earlier, so in the evenings there isn’t much to do past 7 apart from eat! Which isnt bad because all the food at Disneyland is AMAZING. There’s so much choice and the meal plans are really worth purchasing. Also it is very cold in December, so make sure you’re prepared with thermals (can you see mine in the video? they’re extremely sexy arent they? πŸ˜‰ they also smelt suspisciously like mint…). Me and my boyfriend stayed in the Hotel Cheyenne, a delightful hotel themed in the style of the old west. It was great for the price as it was one of the more low budget hotels, the food was the same standard as it is in the parks (amazing) and the bed was comfortable – what more can you ask for? It is quite a long walk away from the park though – something I hated after spending the day walking ALL the way around the park seven times. But there is a bus service if you’re lazy like me πŸ™‚

If you have any questions please comment below or send a tweet to @indigogreene πŸ™‚ I look forward to hearing from you!

Where Have I been?

So I just thought I would write a quick post to explain a few things and to get the juices flowing again on this blog. Firstly, I want to apologise for my mysterious dissapearance – I am sorry to those of you who enjoyed my posts and I intend to get back to reviewing as soon as possible. I have a good reason though – honest!

These past few months have been quite difficult for me, I have had two bereavements in the family, and then straight afterwards I had to write 20,000 words worth of University assignments. So it’s been tough finding the time to get onto the blog and I’ve really struggled with life in general. I’d never suffered a loss of close family before, and everything seemed to happen very quickly. I think I was in shock for most of April. But I’ve had a lot of help and support from my family, and of course the boyfriend (who has started a YouTube channel for those interested, his name is FailedRacer) so things are slowly but surely getting back on track for me. So I’ve decided I want to get back onto the blog now, maybe commiting to one or two posts a week. Also, I really want to branch out a bit and maybe make a few videos. So from now on I plan to mix things up!

So watch this space! I promise I wont abandon you again! And for those who are still here reading my posts, thank you for sticking around.

Lots of Love,

Indigo xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxox

If you read my last review, you’ll have come away with a content sense that SDN isn’t that bad. I hate to break it to you, but I’ve had a massive… Continue reading Social Discount Network Review (Number 2)

The Sims 4 Outdoor Retreat Review

On the 13th of January, EA released the first bit of downloadable content for the Sims 4 – Outdoor retreat. This should have been an exciting time, but for me, Outdoor Retreat only brought with it disappointment after disappointment (sigh). Here’s why: Granite Falls is tiny. Despite being very beautiful to look at, the new… Continue reading The Sims 4 Outdoor Retreat Review

The Sims 4 ‘Outdoor Retreat Game Pack’

Recently EA released an article with information about a new sort of Expansion Pack, named the ‘Game Pack’. In the article they likened it to a Stuff Pack, saying it would include new gameplay possibilities, a new destination named Granite Falls and of all things, a bear costume (Does anyone ever use these costumes?). This… Continue reading The Sims 4 ‘Outdoor Retreat Game Pack’
